    A highly alloyed super duplex stainless steel for use in seawater desalination and many aggressive environments. Minimum PREN of 40.

    For standards ISO 15156/NACE MR0175 and BS 4515-2 a different PREN formula including tungsten is used.  Using the formula PREN = %Cr 3.3(%Mo + 0.5x%W) + 16x%N, ZERON 100 has a  PREN > 41

    Strain hardened version of ZERON 100 in round bar for high strength marine fastener applications.

    Both ZERON 100 and ZERON 100 FG meet the chemistry requirements of UNS S32760 and are made to a minimum PREn (pitting resistance equivalent) of 40 and are suitable for seawater service.
