Most manufacturing companies will celebrate when they have zero Lost Time Injuries in one year. Rolled Alloys has achieved this milestone and gone one step further with zero Recordable Accidents for the year of 2009.
The State of Michigan average for manufacturing was 7.2 injuries per 100 employees. Rolled Alloys has been injury free since Oct. 2008.

Temperance, MI: Rolled Alloys announces ZERON® 100 super duplex stainless steel to their North American inventory. ZERON 100 is a 25% chromium, 7% Nickel, and 3.5% Molybdenum super duplex stainless steel with W and Cu additions. Rolled Alloys will carry a full product line, including plate, sheet, bar, pipe, fittings and welding products, in order to offer customers a complete bill of materials. ZERON 100 super duplex stainless steel is used in many industries including, oil and gas, desalination, chemical process, pollution control and mining markets. With the addition of ZERON 100, Rolled Alloys now offers a complete line of duplex stainless steels including LDX 2101®(lean duplex), AL 2003™ (lean duplex) and 2205 (duplex).

Temperance, MI: Rolled Alloys announces Paul K. Whitcraft named 2009 Chairman of the ASTM International Board of Directors.
Rolled Alloys is proud to announce Paul K. Whitcraft, Director of Quality, Safety and Engineering at Rolled Alloys, has been elected as Chairman of ASTM International. Paul has been a member of ASTM for over 30 years and is active on several ASTM committees related to the metals industry. He has a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Drexel University.
