Technical Marketing Engineer
Houston, TX
The successful applicant would interact with industrial clients to promote specialty alloys, provide assistance on materials selection/fabrication and have supervisory responsibility over the failure analysis laboratory (metallography, corrosion testing, mechanical testing). The position would progress to involve technical marketing of products in both a support role to the field sales group and on an individual basis. Approximately 30% travel can be expected. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in materials science or metallurgical engineering in order to be qualified for this position. Mechanical engineers with appropriate experience may also be considered. The position requires a motivated and outgoing individual that is comfortable interacting with various positions within the company as well as a broad customer base. Strong report writing and computer skills are very desirable.

Human Resource Administrator
Temperance, MI
Duties will include: Responsibility for all aspects of payroll; including accurate entries and updates, processes all terminations and new hires into relevant systems and census reports. Candidate will also be responsible for determining eligibility and inputting employees into all Company sponsored benefits (401k, Life, LTD, AD&D, and Pension). Successful candidate will track and monitor FMLA process/paperwork as well as be responsible for maintaining and organizing employee files and be responsible for benefit audits.

Candidate reports to the HR Manager and must maintain extreme confidentiality of employee and company records.

Must have an Associates Degree in Business Management and 2-4 years of Payroll/Benefits experience OR equivalent experience. Our ideal candidate would have experience in: Self Funded/Self Administered benefit plans, Workers Comp, ADP payroll (specifically PC Payroll for Windows & EzLabor Manager), new hire orientations, training, presentations, and the ability to travel up to 20%


Service Center Manager

As this facility is approximately 10 years old, this highly self-motivated & self-driven manager will be in charge of leading the sustainability of our established Singapore markets. They will be responsible for formulating the sales, marketing & business development plans, as well as assuming general management of the location. The goal of the facility will be to promote the many value-added processes currently offered by Rolled Alloys to commercial, manufacturing, & engineering customers.

The Executive's role is to: understand & correctly interpret the needs of the customer and come up with win-win solutions; understand the business objectives, challenges, & opportunities; identify & analyze the external environmental factors that can impact achievement (competition, regulatory, etc.); critically evaluate the available tactics, budget & strategic options; create and present a clear, compelling & sound strategic plan.

This highly self-motivated & self-driven manager will be in charge of leading Super Alloys International, located in Milton Keynes. He or she will be responsible for formulating the sales, marketing & new business development plans, as well as assuming general management of the location and responsibility for profitability. They will be the prime leader in the mission of Super Alloys to sell titanium and nickel base super-alloys, utilizing value added processes and supply chain solutions.

Primary customers are commercial, manufacturing, & engineering businesses in aerospace, motor sports, defense and medical markets. The executive's role is to: understand & correctly interpret the needs of the customer and come up with win-win solutions; understand the business objectives, challenges, & opportunities; identify & analyze the external environmental factors that can impact achievement (competition, regulatory, etc.); critically evaluate the available tactics, budget & strategic options; create and present a clear, compelling & sound strategic plan.

The selected manager will routinely visit and support customers, have direct personal customer contact, and be responsible for select customers on an individual basis.
