Rolled Alloys Announces New Laser

Fairfield, OH – Rolled Alloys announces expanded processing capabilities with the investment in a Trumpf TruLaser 3030 CO2 laser machine. This laser is equipped with a 3200KW resonator and can cut nickel alloys up to 0.1875” thick. This machine further adds to our wide range of cutting capabilities for stainless, nickel, cobalt, and titanium products; including multiple lasers, water jet, shearing, precision coil leveling, inspection, deburr, and finishing equipment.

This laser builds on our commitment to provide ample capacity and the best efficiencies to our customers. Features of this machine include 60” x 120” rotating beds for maximizing production, along with automatic lens and nozzle replacements for improved quality and reliability. Once the certification process is complete, this laser will produce cut parts that meet a wide range of stringent aircraft specifications.
