Rolled Alloys COVID-19 Update

March 18, 2020

To Our Valued Customers, Suppliers and Employees,

We are facing unprecedented times as we collectively face the threat of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Rolled Alloys is dedicated in supporting our customers, suppliers and team members during this time. Our number one priority will remain the health and well-being of our team, while doing whatever possible to service our customers. We will continue to monitor and adhere to the policies set forth by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) along with other government agencies.

In order to reduce the chance of infection, we have informed our teams on the importance of proper hygiene and hand washing. We have also increased the availability of alcohol based hand sanitizers, disinfectant wipes and increased facility cleaning procedures to keep areas as clean as possible. We continue to limit group meetings and travel to reduce the threat of infection and help maintain recommended social distancing. In addition, we have encouraged any person who feels sick to stay home.

To further aid in our attempts to maintain a healthy workplace, we have implemented a more stringent Visitor Policy which went into effect earlier. This temporary policy states the following:

- All non-critical visits are eliminated.
- If the visit is critical, a visitor questionnaire must be completed to screen each visitor. Any visitor determined to be high risk will not be permitted on the site.
- For any deliveries and shipments, drivers will be directed to remain in their trucks if at all possible. If required to have access outside of their truck, they are to remain in either the receiving or loading areas only.

We also understand the economic impact this pandemic will have on the families of our customers, suppliers and team. We will continue to work without disruption. We will receive material from our suppliers and fulfill our customer orders. If further requirements or guidelines are issued from the CDC or any other government agency, we will determine what changes are necessary. Should those policies include the forced temporary closure of businesses in a given state or region, then those adjustments could include:

- Rerouting customer orders to other Rolled Alloys facilities that remain operational in other states.
- Allowing teams to work remotely from home in order to maintain ongoing communication with our customers and suppliers.
- Working with our suppliers to reroute incoming material to other facilities that are not impacted by forced closures.

While we cannot account for every contingency, we remain ready to react as new directives are issued. We value and appreciate your business and will do whatever necessary to maintain a healthy and productive environment while supporting you during this time.
