Our Cincinnati, Ohio facility is one of the premiere parts providers for the aerospace industry. Of all the Rolled Alloys locations. It produces the greatest number of pieces per year. To build this many parts, we require highly skilled and efficient production plan. Our operating system helps us develop the most efficient process for each order. From there, we utilize CNC controlled coil lines, lasers, Waterjets, and shears to meet stringent customer requirements.

We continue to reinvest in our processing capabilities. We have multiple CO2 lasers, fiber lasers, and punch capabilities for various shape cutting. After a part is cut, we use lasers as part of our inspection process. Our processes are certified to meet a wide variety of aircraft specifications.
