Summary: As a Software Developer, you will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our ERP system and related applications. You will work closely with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that directly support all aspects of the business.
This role is well-suited for someone with solid hands-on experience who enjoys solving business problems through technology in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ERP system enhancements and integrations
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across multiple technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner

Production scheduling/programming
CINCINNATI, OH
Purpose: Maximize profitability and return on investment, while servicing internal and external customers while making SQPD (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery) the priority.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule orders to fulfill workdays for assigned machines.
- Evaluate shop processing dates and make changes as needed to meet delivery date.
- Programming and nesting through the conversion of engineering drawings to single part programs and nests.
- Review open order requirements and combine any like item codes to improve yields.
- Provide shop with Engineering drawings for each job.
- Nesting parts to sheet metal while minimizing scrap and improving profitability.
- Manage the nesting and cad software to get the best productivity and return on investment.
- Inventory control through managing the smartest and optimum utilization of sheet and coil stock.
- Planning material for demand production, allowing for sufficient inventory.
- Schedule expediting by understanding customers’ demands and coordinating the production processes.
- Understanding and verifying all customer requirements, both on prints and on travelers and/or purchase orders.
- Participate in facility continuous improvement initiatives, such as weekly improvement meetings for the shop, RGA (quality improvement) team, and Kaizen/Gemba activities.
- Active participation in the daily Production meeting.
- Set order priorities for the shop to follow and follow up on those requests.
- Evaluate expedite requests and determine best path forward.
- Follow up on those expedite requests until they are shipped while providing updates to sales at each step.
- Evaluate workload changes and throughput to make lead time or capacity adjustment recommendations.
- Respond to emails regularly and in a professional and timely manner.

Business Development Specialist
TOLEDO, OH
Purpose: As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for several key functions related to business development and technical support. A primary aspect of your role will be engaging with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and end-users. You will educate these stakeholders about the specialty alloys and technical services we offer while also building relationships that enhance market insights and business development opportunities. Additionally, you will be encouraged to become active in technical associations and attend trade shows.
Responsibilities:
- Identify niche applications and markets that currently demand or may require specialty stainless steels, nickel alloys, and titanium alloys.
- Proactively make face-to-face calls on EPCs, OEMs, and end-users in various industries to promote proprietary specialty alloys and technical services.
- Assist outside sales representatives by accompanying them on client visits.
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and discover opportunities to expand product usage.
- Present new products and Rolled Alloys markets to engineers and influencers (EPCs and end customers).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Participate in technical associations and represent the company within industry groups and events.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities and understand how they impact

Qualities We Seek:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
- Over 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical sales.

Purpose: You will be responsible for directing on-site quality activities and priorities in support of the quality management system and internal and external customer service. You will collaborate with local management team and internal stakeholders to champion continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization to ensure our commitment to quality.
Responsibilities:
Direct daily priorities: provide shop floor guidance for operations, quality inspections, inventory management, internal/external customer service, email communications, problem solving, portal tickets.
Direct weekly priorities: projects, processing customer complaints, defective raw material resolutions, inventory management.
Direct monthly priorities: on-site workstation reviews, data, and content collection, manage tool calibration system, follow-up, and close-out critical quality activities (e.g., non-conformances, corrective actions, customer returns, and global QA objectives.
You will liaison with: third party testing labs, mills/suppliers, and interact with all inputs and outputs linked to the local and global QMS (Purchasing, Sales, OPS, Customers, et. al)

Purpose: You will be responsible for servicing accounts while building customer relationships by supporting the sales team. This may involve communication through our E-Commerce platform, phone calls, chat system, and email.

- Direct communication with our customers- Quoting and chatting with customers and communicating market information.
