Quality Control Technician

You will be responsible for directing on-site quality activities and priorities in support of the quality management system and internal and external customer service. You will collaborate with local management team and internal stakeholders to champion continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization to ensure our commitment to quality.

Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for several key functions related to business development and technical support. A primary aspect of your role will be engaging with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and end-users. You will educate these stakeholders about the specialty alloys and technical services we offer while also building relationships that enhance market insights and business development opportunities. Additionally, you will be encouraged to become active in technical associations and attend trade shows.

Quality Specialist

Accounting analyst/staff accountant

This role is responsible for managing material purchasing payments, inventory and cost analysis, and monthly financial reporting, while supporting asset tracking and various product‑ and finance‑related analyses. The position works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial controls and operational support, requiring strong analytical skills, communication, and a background in accounting. Must have a 4-year accounting degree and 2 years of experience.

Software Developer

As a Software Developer, you will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our ERP system and related applications. You will work closely with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that directly support all aspects of the business.

This role is well-suited for someone with solid hands-on experience who enjoys solving business problems through technology in a collaborative environment.

Production scheduling/programming

Maximize profitability and return on investment, while servicing internal and external customers while making SQPD (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery) the priority.
