ANGULAR DEVELOPER

Purpose: Utilize Angular JS framework to develop and maintain the functionality of our business-to-business e-commerce & e-service user interface.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain high standards in the Rolled Alloys codebase
• Audit code to identify bottlenecks of performance and fix them
• Design and implement visually aesthetic user interfaces
• Analyze feature requirements, propose optimal solutions, and provide accurate estimates of project work
• Work independently on individually assigned tasks
• Collaborate effectively when working on shared projects
• Provide guidance to other developers with less development experience
• Keep project managers apprised of work status and changes to estimates
• Post publicly accessible content on company information systems

Inside Sales

Essential Job Functions:

• Developing and entering quotes and orders in the sales system in response to customer inquiries.
• Maintaining existing accounts in the respective sales territory, while also developing new business.
• Processing paperwork associated with the sales process.
• Handling diverse questions about the company’s products and services based on specific customer needs.

Account Manager

Purpose: To increase market share and maximize profit by establishing and developing Rolled Alloys as a partner-supplier to core customers; to grow customer relationships through the implementation of mutually beneficial sales strategies and solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Identify and prioritize early stage growth accounts
• Increase capturable sales instances through deliberate and thoughtful proactive activities
• Demonstrate effective closing skills to capture new market share; maximize profit through cooperative negotiation
• Build relationships and expand reach at key customers with high quality interactions
• Determine areas of need at assigned accounts; develop and implement solution-based sales strategies
• Create value by utilizing team selling techniques to promote Rolled Alloys products, processing, and services
• Thorough and timely submission of administrative reports
• Seek out opportunities to learn new sales skills and techniques as well as to improve existing skills; expand market and industry knowledge; maintain personal networks
• Provide competitor and market intelligence and document competitive activity at assigned accounts
• Utilize market and customer knowledge to conceptualize and initiate strategic marketing campaigns

Warehouse Operator

Daily Objective: Practice and Support the high quality aerospace standard (AS9100) of Rolled Alloys’ Quality Management System (QMS) and conduct responsibilities in a timely and safe manner.

Essential Job Functions:

• Reading a tape measure and cutting to specific tolerances
• Converting fractions to decimals
• Read and follow what the customer has ordered and corresponding work instructions on the traveler (material inspection form)
• Perform material inspections
• Determine by physical inspection whether the material (to be) processed is correct
• Properly record inspection information on the traveler
• Record what can physically can be inspected, and determine if it meets the criteria of the order and material tolerances.
• Perform Positive Material Identification (PMI) on material (steel/metal) processed (X-Ray Analysis)
• Cutting solid and hollow stainless steel material via an Abrasive Saw Machine, Band Saw, or Cold Saw
• Grinding steel cut ends with a circular grind machine
• Accurately input order inspection and inventory return information
• Manage personal workflow to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
• Assist with preventative maintenance of abrasive saws when needed
• Practice to the facility housekeeping standard (i.e. cleanliness, organization)
• Responsible for driving a forklift and operating an overhead crane

Requirements:

• Ability to bend and climb and lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16″.
• Ability to make simple decimal/fraction conversions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to use/read micrometers and calipers.
• Understand/Learn how to use XRF analyzers and interpret results.

Warehouse Operator - Coil Line

Daily Objective: Provide quality and accurate parts in a timely and safe manner.

Essential Job Functions:

• Convert coiled steel (rod coil) into straightened bar via the Wire Straightening Machine (Rod Coil machine)
• Reading a tape measure and cutting to specific tolerances
• Converting fractions to decimals
• Read and follow what the customer has ordered and corresponding work instructions on the traveler (material inspection form)
• Perform material inspections
• Determine by physical inspection whether the material (to be) processed is correct
• Properly record inspection information on the traveler
• Record what can physically can be inspected, and determine if it meets the criteria of the order and material tolerances.
