RA Advancement Week is for ALL new hires. Participants make the trip to our headquarters for a highly interactive experience! This is not something to be done in the first weeks of training or employment, but it is part of the onboarding process. We focus more in-depth on company history, customer service, accurate data techniques, cross-training, and meeting members from other departments.
