QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
LOS ANGELES, CA
Purpose: You will be responsible for directing on-site quality activities and priorities in support of the quality management system and internal and external customer service. You will collaborate with local management team members and internal stakeholders to champion continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization to ensure our commitment to quality.
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily priorities: quality inspections, internal/external customer service,
communications, problem solving, portal tickets. - Direct weekly priorities: projects, processing customer complaints, defective raw material
resolutions, inventory management. - Direct monthly priorities: on-site workstation reviews, data, and content collection, manage
tool calibration system, follow-up, and close-out critical quality activities (e.g., non-conformances, corrective actions, customer returns), and global QA objectives. - You will liaison with: third party testing labs, mills/suppliers, and interact with all inputs and
outputs linked to the local and global QMS (Purchasing, Sales, OPS, Customers, et. all)

ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE
WINDSOR, CONNECTICUT
Purpose: You will be responsible for developing, selling and servicing accounts while building customer relationships and supplying the company with market information. This involves communication through our E-Commerce platform, phone calls, chat system, and email.
Responsibilities:
- Direct communication with our customers- Quoting customers, following up with customers after quotes are provided, utilizing negotiation skills to win orders, and communicating market information.
- Customer Service- Timely responses to customer requests, order entry, and order status updates.
- Creating relationships with customers and other departments within Rolled Alloys- Credit, Field Sales, Internet Sales, Sales Support, Scheduling, Metallurgical Services, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams.
- The ability to communicate effectively through multiple platforms- Via email, through the website, and phone calls.
- Efficiency with computers and relevant programs.
- Being able to stay organized and flexible in stressful situations.

HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN
MAUMEE, OHIO
Purpose: You will assist in updating employee records, audits and reporting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and gaining exposure to various HR functions like payroll, recruitment, and employee onboarding. This role provides an opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience and insights into HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Create new hire packets and ensure insurance and beneficiary forms are returned
- Coordinate and monitor employee recognition and anniversary awards.
- Monthly and yearly reporting.
- Identify and coordinate job fairs and local school opportunities.
- Track applicants and assist with interview coordination and onboarding.
- Coordinate and monitor compliance testing at each facility.
- Liaison with the operations team to ensure our truck drivers’ documents are current.
- Update and maintain the organizational chart.

SALES INTERN

Purpose: Are you a motivated individual with a passion for business and a knack for connecting with people? Join our dynamic Sales Team as a Sales Intern! This hands-on internship offers you a chance to develop critical skills in lead generation, market research, and customer service. You will play a key role in enhancing customer experiences and driving business growth through email, phone and chat communications. Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in entering quotes and orders for resellers
- Actively work with e-Services team to transition resellers to online quoting and ordering.
- Interact with customers through our online chat services.
- Be a liaison between sales and other Rolled Alloys departments to aid in collecting information or documentation:
- Obtaining recertifications from Quality Assurance.
- Request status updates on incoming material.
- Review and update late order reports
- Order expediting for sales team across all facilities.
- Track lost freight.
- Work as assigned backups for key customers.
