Account Manager (Houston, TX)

Duties will include various responsibilities such as:

• Develop new, existing and dormant accounts through regular email, phone and face to face contact.
• Partner with inside sales for quote follow up and order closure.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customers.
• Handling diverse questions about the company’s products and services based on specific customer needs.

A demonstrated level of success in a sales based role is very desirable.
Prior experience in metals industry sales is a definitive plus, but also not a requirement.
The preferred candidate will reside within a reasonable proximity to our Houston, TX location.
Some travel may be a requirement in this position.
