Your Daily Impact
Operate advanced metal-cutting machines.
Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations.
Troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain cutting alignment for flawless results.
Identify and resolve minor program errors independently.
Keep production running smoothly by using forklifts and overhead cranes.
Kickstart your journey with 30 days of hands-on training during 1st shift.
The Skills We’re Looking For
Ability to make decimal-fraction conversions.
Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16”.
Computer skills.
Ability to use micrometers and calipers.
Be self-motivated, have strong initiative and top-notch communication skills.
Maintain reliable and regular attendance.
Cooperative, innovative, safety oriented.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on production.
Commitment/willingness to increase job-related knowledge and skills.
